A bit about me.
Hello, world! My name is Paley Jean, and I am a Georgia-bred, Los Angeles-based illustrator, painter, and graphic designer whose work focuses on female expression and human connection.
My journey as an artist started when I was an elementary schooler. With a strong female influence in my family, I often drew women with vibrant dispositions, curvy bodies, and lots of spunk. Their personalities were reflective of who I wanted to be as well as the women I looked up to.
Using primarily ink, oil, acrylic, watercolor, and graphic illustrations, my work touches on subjects such as love, connection, wellness, empowerment, culture, community, and dance. My approach is bold, yet minimalistic, and most of all aims to uplift and inspire.
